Where to Get the Quick Application Link for Borrower Access

You can share a direct application link with your borrowers so they can start a new loan application or log in with an existing account. Follow the steps below based on where you're accessing the system from.

Option 1: If You Are Logged Into the Sphere LOS

  1. From your Loan Origination System (LOS) dashboard, click the My POS tab.

  2. This will take you to the My Pipeline POS landing page.

  3. In the top right corner, locate the Quick Application link.

  4. Click to copy the link.

  5. You can now paste and share this link with your borrower. The borrower can start a new application or log in with an existing account using this link.

Option 2: If You Are Logged Into the Sphere CRM

  1. From your Sphere CRM dashboard, click on My Pipeline.

  2. You’ll be directed to the POS landing page.

  3. In the top right corner, locate your Quick Application link.

  4. Click to copy the link and share it with your borrower. The borrower can start a new application or log in with an existing account using this link.
