How to Update Company Addresses (Headquarter, Branches, and DBAs)
⚠️ Note: Updates apply only to new loans. Existing loans won’t change.
Tip: Copying a loan counts as creating a new one, so copy the file if you want it to use the updated address.
Steps
Go to Settings on the top navigation bar.- General Information – Company Headquarters Address
- Click Manage Company (top right).
- Click the Contacts and Addresses tab.
- Update the headquarters address and click Save.
- Branch Address
- Click Branches.
- Click the edit pencil next to the branch.
- Update the branch address and click Save.
- DBA Address
- Click DBA.
- Click the edit pencil next to the DBA.
- Update the DBA address and click Save.
