How to Update Company Addresses (Headquarter, Branches, and DBAs)

⚠️ Note: Updates apply only to new loans. Existing loans won’t change.

 Tip: Copying a loan counts as creating a new one, so copy the file if you want it to use the updated address.


Steps

Go to Settings on the top navigation bar.
  1. General Information – Company Headquarters Address
    • Click Manage Company (top right).
    • Click the Contacts and Addresses tab.
    • Update the headquarters address and click Save.
  2. Branch Address
    • Click Branches.
    • Click the edit pencil next to the branch.
    • Update the branch address and click Save.
  3. DBA Address
    • Click DBA.
    • Click the edit pencil next to the DBA.
    • Update the DBA address and click Save.
