Company setup
- System admins can navigate to Settings
- Click on Actions on the left-hand menu
- Click on Closing Fee quote
- Click on Contacts
- Click Lodestar
- Enter na for BOTH username and password
- Click Save and activate.
Get fees in a file
- Within the file navigate to Actions (ensure you have at least a loan amount and city, state, and zip for the subject property).
- Click Send for Closing Fee quote
- Click Send again to initiate the action
- Select a Service Title agent
- Click Calcualte (blue bar)
- If you are satisfied with the fees hit the Get Fees button in the top right
- Hit cancel to collapse the action
- Check your fees in the Disclosure > Cost Details section.
If it is your first time using the service you will need to sign up and agree to the terms and service. This is done only once upon the first try and each user will need to complete this. Under LOS drop-down choose Sphere and continue with the required fields.
