How to invite new users?

A step-by-step guide for system admins. to invite new users to the company.

  • Only admins can invite new users 
  • Please choose Real NOT virtual as virtual users cannot log in. 
  • If the user is a new hire make sure the user has accessed their work email so as the confirmation email does not bounce. 
  1. Click Settings in the top banner 
  2. Click Users 
  3. Click Invite New Users 
  4. Enter the user's first name then last name followed by their email. 
    1. System admins can add multiple users at once by separating users with a comma after the email 
    2. the email is the user's username upon login. 
  5. Click add to list 
  6. Click the drop-down for Add new User Roles
  7. Choose all applicable user roles 
  8. Click the branches drop-down and choose the branch 
    1. If your company does not have branches simply choose the default option. 
  9. Click Invite New Users and each user will get a confirmation email. If the user does not receive the email check the Spam and Trash folders. Reach out to support@spherelos.com if needed.
