How to invite new users?
A step-by-step guide for system admins. to invite new users to the company.
- Only admins can invite new users
- Please choose Real NOT virtual as virtual users cannot log in.
- If the user is a new hire make sure the user has accessed their work email so as the confirmation email does not bounce.
- Click Settings in the top banner
- Click Users
- Click Invite New Users
- Enter the user's first name then last name followed by their email.
- System admins can add multiple users at once by separating users with a comma after the email
- the email is the user's username upon login.
- Click add to list
- Click the drop-down for Add new User Roles
- Choose all applicable user roles
- Click the branches drop-down and choose the branch
- If your company does not have branches simply choose the default option.
- Click Invite New Users and each user will get a confirmation email. If the user does not receive the email check the Spam and Trash folders. Reach out to support@spherelos.com if needed.
