How to Generate MERS MIN ID and Universal Loan ID (ULI) in SphereLOS

Learn how to set up your company identifiers in SphereLOS so all new loans generate a MERS MIN ID and Universal Loan ID (ULI) automatically, and how to create them for existing loans.

Company Settings-Add Company Identifiers

  1. Log in as a System Administrator.

  2. Go to Settings > Manage Company.

  3. Under Identifiers, enter:
    • MERS Organization ID
    • Legal Entity ID for the ULI (if applicable)
  4. Click Save.

For New Loans

Once the Identifiers are setup, all new loans will automatically generate a MERS MIN ID and Universal Loan ID under Loan Additional > General Tracking.

For Existing Loans

  1. Open the loan.
  2. Go to Loan Additional > General Tracking.
  3. Click the magic wand icon to generate the IDs.
