How to automate reports to email?
The below will allow reports to be sent to users' emails automatically. This is done in each user's profile and there is no company settings to setup on user's behalf.
- Click on your profile in the top right of the screen.
- From here, you can click on Report Export Settings
- Click the Add New button on the user role desired. Some may see multiple user roles as he or she may carry multiple user roles.
- Choose Report from the drop-down list and save changes.
- Use the Add New Record button.
- You can now set the parameters of the report you wish to be emailed and toggle on the email report toggle. Please note that if using in-period dates, you will need to set dates as needed, as the system will not set dates automatically when reports are run. When done, use Save Changes.
